On Tuesday the 4th of November, 4:15-5:30!

 Its the night before bonfire night, lets get ready with some cupcake decorating, with all the frosting, sprinkles and mini marshmallows of course! And not to mention Toffee apple making, learn how to make the famous red toffee coating and how to get a successful dip. 

This session is open to everyone, children and adults!  You can enjoy together as a family or just the kids, please purchase 1 ticket per person, at £14 each. 

Take home your treats to share with your family! Please bring a take-home box, and dress for mess!

Our “Bread Sticks" class is for our teenage chef brigade! Students in this class have, or with support quickly learn, many basic foundational skills. This is a great class for older chefs that want to build their confidence in the kitchen, becoming more independent young adults. Wether helping out with dinner at home or going to university with a few solid recipes under their belt, this class makes the most of our chef tutor’s professional insight, to stretch potential. A class that both supports and challenges the older chef on their culinary journey.

When purchasing "Single Sessions" please book by 12pm the Friday before, to be included for that Saturday's class.

- Teenage chefs work more independently, sometimes adding extra elements to our weekly dish or learning more advanced techniques not suitable for younger classes
- Every term has it's own theme with varied, seasonal recipes. Each week is different!
- A range of dishes from simpler skills-based weeks, to more ambitious dishes with the “Wow!” factor
- With regular attendance chefs work towards a bronze, silver or gold certificate
- Students gain access to a weekly recipe for use at home. Over time they’ll build a cook book of their very own, with the relevant skills to match
- Chefs take home what they make!

Our weekly "Bagel Bites" class. Perfect for our younger students, or those just starting out on their culinary journey with Mother Dough! This fun, closely supervised class helps students practice and develop their cookery skills. Chefs in this class use safety equipment, such as plastic knives, and learn skills that are age-and-stage appropriate. This allows them to learn in as safe an environment as possible, whilst still allowing them the opportunity to progress and build confidence in their skills.

Our children have been attending Mother Dough Culinary for almost 2.5 years now and they absolutely love creating new treats or dishes to recreate at home. 
Luna is a typical 9 year old who doesn’t like veggies and some how the amazingly talented Georgia managed to convince her to try the veg she’s had cooked in a stir fry, to the point where I didn’t even get a taste of what she had made! We are astonished! 
Our son Bodi loves most veg and most foods so the classes for him are more about gaining confidence around other adults and children and of course becoming a master in the kitchen at home. 
They both take a keen interest in the receipts sent home and we regularly go out to buy those specific ingredients so they can cook us up at storm at home for the whole family!
Out of all the clubs after school and weekends they’ve tried, this is most definitely their favourite of all.
The independence they learn in the kitchen and being sensible is second to none. The sessions are tailored for specific age ranges and Georgia is so kind and caring with the children that it feels so homely and I know they are always safe and happy in the centre.
In our opinion, the sessions are worth their weight in gold, preparing them to be confident chefs and be comfortable in kitchen environments along with providing enhanced enrichment opportunities.

My step daughter has been attending Saturday morning cooking classes for the last couple of weeks. She has always wanted to be a chef and we wanted somewhere where she could have fun but also have the opportunity to learn some real serious skills to support her if this interest continued beyond childhood. She thoroughly enjoys going and is so excited every Friday night. The children are really welcoming and spoke to her when she was feeling a little shy. We get an email of recipes which is great for us to recreate at home!

Our weekly Liverpool based “Dough Balls" class (8-10 Years)

Get in the festive spirit with us!

 We are hosting our first Christmas special, a 90 minuet class for children and adults, to create a  ‘tare and share’  Christmas tree bread- with all the trimmings, mozzarella fresh herbs and garlic.  Learn how to make bread with a chef,  learn all the tips and tricks for a perfect holiday treat, you’ll even get the recipe emailed out so you can recreate again and again- prefect for the festive season. 

We will provide a large baking tin to take it home in, so there is absolutely nothing you need to think about, just turn up! 

This session will be taking place at the Salvation army in Walton, on cavendish drive, on Saturday the 20th of December 2025, every participant will need a ticket, costing £22 per person.

Georgia has always had a keen interest in food. After leaving school she trained at catering college and has worked professionally in several restaurants.
