Our weekly “Dough Balls" class. For our slightly older or more experienced chefs who have already begun to acquire the basics of cookery. Chefs in this class are looking to practice their foundational skills and progress further, learning about the week’s dish in an extended or deeper way. They also work more independently to help build their confidence in the kitchen.
